| I would love to have a boat! But... First thing: there "only" is a small lake near the place that i live. Second: it's nearly impossible to get moorage there. Third: Our summer this year was so bad.... i could have been on the boad for only a couple of days.
So, i rather invest in trips to detroit and tigers merchandise! LOL |

Do people refer to the Great Lakes as "the beach". As a Californian I can't imagine a lake being called a beach.... _________________ Coming soon: A better signature! |

But it doesn't have beach-like qualities. Sure, it's got sand and waves (I think) but where's the salt? Where are the beached whales and sharks? _________________ Coming soon: A better signature! |

| In the filthy ocean where they belong!
It most certainly IS a beach. Sand, sun surf, dead fish, bikinis, oil, volleyball, the bar with live music, wtf else do you want?? Salt water is gross lol |

Actually, Lake Michigan is probably better than Cambria or Morro Bay (2 nearest OCEAN beaches to me....20-25 miles away). The water kind of sucks. The nearest lakes (Atascadero, San Antonio, or Lake Nacimiento all suck, too). _________________ Coming soon: A better signature! |

| | Personally, I think fresh water is a whole lot cleaner than the ocean. I swam in the Gulf of Mexico once... never again!! |

Fresh water is better but we have really shitty lakes in CA. Personally swimming pools are better than natural water. Only problem is little kids do bad things in swimming pools I hear FLA has nice beaches... _________________ Coming soon: A better signature! |
