To someone who likes to work out... if you want to get a machine get an ergometer, better known as erg. Rowing machine.

If you wanna get outside, row! It's so much fun, and if you do it right, using the correct leg, back, arm, and body motions, you use your entire body. If your going to do it alone get a single, but if you want to have someone with you get a double.

Even if I'm not in the mood to do it, by the time I'm almost done, I feel great! And then when I am done I'm always soooo glad I did it.

I looooove running. Everyone thinks I'm insane because I have asthma and I like die when I do it, but I just randomely starting running the track or whatever we are using that day at school during gym. It's fun.

I always could think a lot more clearly when running. Do it while you can TG, before your knees give out!

Running is fun! Well to a Cross Country runner like me at least! lol, but yeah, its fun when you have people to run with, when I dont have people there, I just listen to music.

ya its like i work out and run but my food habits make it hard to loose weight and i basically maintain the same weight
