working out

Anybody exercise??? I mean the exercise where you wear sweats/sports bras, etc. HAHA

My favorite is my elliptical machine, I Love 2

it!!!!!!!!!! I broke down and bought one last year cause I got tired of waiting at the gym!!!!!!! I also like exercise tapes, I have stepping, weights, and other crap. I also Love 2

rollerblading but I haven't done that in awhile, I used to go to Stony Creek ALL THE TIME!!!!!

I am not wearing a sport bra... lol!

But i love to go out running. There's a little river near my flat and that's where i run about three times a week. After a hard day at work, there's nothing better to relax and get some fresh air into your brain than that.

I know it does help to exercise after a CRAPPY day, even if ya don't feel like it, definitely helps clear my What a Face

head sometimes!!!!!

My DH and I work out at a local physical therapy place 3 times a week. They have lotsa weights plus treadmills, recumbent bikes, and a stepper. This is a must for us...1 hour a day 3 days a week. Gotta cop a sweat or it doesn't count!

I lift weights all the time, 16 ounce bottles and cans, 24 ounce cans and 40 ounce bottles! Got to keep my beer belly in shape!

Keep your motivation going! It's hard because the gratification isn't instant. But you will notice a difference long term.

Well, yeah, sorta. I can remember my freshman year in college. I ran regularly but actually put on 5 pounds because my eating was keeping pace with my running. (soft serve cones, anyone?)
