Fired From Wal-Mart!!!

Subject: Fired From Wal-Mart!!! Tue Aug 12, 2008 7:30 pm

I had ambitions of finding a simple, uncomplicated part time job aside from my 'day job'. Unfortunately, as I have gotten a little older, I have become a little less sensitive. So after landing my new job as a Wal-Mart greeter, (a good find for many older ambitious folks) I lasted less than a day......

About two hours into my first day on the job a very loud, unattractive, mean-acting woman with what looked to be 100 pounds or so of cottage cheese stuffed in to here skin tight food stained spandex pants, walked into the store with her two kids, cussin’ and hollerin’ at them all the way through the entrance. As I had been instructed, I said pleasantly, 'Good mornin', and welcome to Wal-Mart. Nice children you have there. Are they twins?'

The ugly woman stopped yelling long enough to say, 'Hell no, they ain't twins . The oldest one's 9, and the other one's 7. Why the hell would you think they're twins? Are you blind, or just stupid?'

So I replied, 'I'm neither blind nor stupid, Ma'am, I just couldn't believe you got laid twice in your life. Have a good day and thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart.'

My supervisor said I probably wasn't cut out for this line of work.......

Well....I'd get more of a break if I wasn't laid off from work so damn much! I work more here at home during a lay-off than I do when I'm actually at Work! Nod

LOL! Yeah I read it somewhere, sorry I was in a hurry today and didn't respond, I had to go register my kid at the school and was feeling old (I tried to dye my hair blue tonight) LMAO

Everytime the hubs is home longer than 2 days, he's itching to get back to work too Rolling Eyes

I told him I'm getting a job soon just to get the hell away from all these people HAHA

It's ok....I know how that goes. My biggest gripe is that it was 2 weeks of vacation, immeadiately followed by 3 weeks of lay-off! I was ready to go back to work after 3 weeks off....but the longer I was off....the more I didn't want to go back! LMAO

Glad to hear you got a bunch of stuff done though.

Get this, there were TREES growing in my rain gutters before I got him to finally clean them out and THEN he went and planted them in the backyard! omg... LMAO

There were trees growing in mine....but I didn't plant them....I HATE maple trees! All those damn helicopter things to clean up and make even MORE maple trees....which means MORE helicopter things...it's a never ending vicious cycle!! LMAO

Ok...I think I'm gonna go soak in the hot tub for about a half hour before heading off to bed. Come join me if ya want! LOL

Yep! All growing up, if I wanted a "hot tub" or "jacuzzi", I thought I had to fill the bath tub with hot water and eat a can of beans before getting in! LMAO

Now...I can fart in the hot tub and no one will know the difference between "my" bubbles, and the ones from the jets! LMAO
