It's where a movie was made! It's a freakin' baseball field and farm.
and the pitcher dude in the movie looks like Jon Lester. Go figure.

Actually, I'm not sure of this, but I think the house is a private residence. That would really s*ck because I would not want people in my front yard all the time.
