This is now my second favorite movie for sure. Its about the United States Coast Gaurd, and the best rescue swimmer ever to enlist in it, (Ben Randall). There is now a new swimmer whos name is Jake Fisher (Ashton Kutcher). Jake is a very good swimmer who won 2 sate titles in High School and a national title I think it was. He got in a car wreck carrying members of his team while they were all drunk, he is the only one who survived. He ends up thinking of that when rescuing people. He breaks all of Ben Randall's time records in a pool, the ending is sad, but I wont spoil that one, go see it!
