Former Tiger/Met/Pirate and Diamondbacks' interim manager Al Pedrique is being considered to coach the Venezuela World Baseball Classic team. He's an old acquaintance of mine and a great guy who deserves this chance.

Venezuela should have the best team in the tournament, or, I'm sure, at least the BEST LOOKING (prospective manager included).
