A few problems...

Hughie Jennings is a better choice to manage.
Mickey Cochrane is a batter catcher.
Kirk Gibson has absolutely no business being in this outfield. Sam Crawford and Harry Heilmann are far better choices. You could argue that they're both more deserving than Kaline. Heilmann surely is.
