Because they SAVE games!! Anyone who pitches like that cannot pitch for 9 innings or even more than 1 or 2. They have a specialized position just like special teams in football.

I dont mind their not liking Maggs, I dont care who they like, its not my business. But what does bother me is the fact that he sits here and trashes just about everybody on the Tigers with a couple exceptions. Especially Jonesy! I cant stand his Jonesy hating!

She's twelve. I knew alot more about baseball at her age, and I knew how to be respectful of those who knew more than me.

Even someone who just knows the basics would not have made an asinine comment about closers like she did.
