Jones will indeed be lights out for the rest of the year.

His new duties include turning off all the lights and closing all the doors after the good players leave.

Sad; but true

He's still a good player. Hes just in a slump. Every good player goes into a slump and some players get out of them quicker than others. Jones will be back someday. I know it.
