Who stays, who goes?

When Maggs comes off the DL, the Tigers will have to make a roster move on the 25-man roster. 5 days later, they have to make another move when a 5th starter is needed. So my question is: Who stays and who goes?

Candidates to get sent down:

Jeff Larish
Clete Thomas
Matt Joyce
Ryan Raburn

It is almost certain that two of that list is will remain while the other two will get sent down. The Tigers currently have 11 pitchers and they typically keep 12 pitchers which is why they'll send down 2 position players.

Also, they're is the possibility that the Tigers will make a trade or sign a free agent (Freddy Garcia) when making these roster moves. Also, it is likely (although slightly likely) they could start a relief pitcher when a 5th starter is needed (Casey Fossum, maybe?).

My guess? The Tigers send down Jeff Larish when Maggs is activated and they trade/send down Raburn when a 5th starter is need.

I think that they'll send down Raburn when Maggs comes back, and Larish when the 5th starter is added.

It'll be Larish and Joyce/Thomas. Raburn has more versatility than the other two.
